Postby sdoonan » Mon Dec 05, 2011 8:56 pm

How do the rest of you guys handle it? I made myself an Excel spreadsheet to keep track.
Cards I Carry:

Visa: CitiForward Student (1k CL, 15.24%), Capital One Student Journey Rewards (.5k CL, 19.8%)
Discover: More Student (1k CL, 17.99% regular, current rate 1.9% through 3/6/12) (Primary card at this time)
AMEX: Blue Cash Everyday (2k CL, 21.25%)

No way would I do that. It would require constant manual updating to be current and accurate, and many of my rewards balances change daily or weekly.

I use a free website called Award Wallet. It automatically tracks your rewards from hundreds of different programs (air, hotel, credit cards, grocery, drug store, etc.). It also keeps track of expiring points and warns you of their expiration.

You can set the website to store your password and update you periodically on your balances by email, or, if you don't want to share your passwords with them you can update it manually while still keeping all of your balances in one place.
