Price rewinds, how do you track?

Postby JackLane » Mon Sep 11, 2017 10:23 am

Hello folks,

I wonder, how do you all track for price rewinds.

I used to use Paribas (primarily for Amazon purchases) but it isn't working as good for months now so I am looking for alternatives.

I never tracked prices for stuff bought other than on amazon, because I simply don't know the easiest way to track prices for stuff other than amazon (that camelizer does not track).

What tricks do folks here use?

Thanks in advance.

I use the Citi Price Rewind database for most searches (after using a Citi card...your Costco card is eligible) and occasionally submit a manual claim with Citi. No experience with other issuers.

My reasons:
1. Less work involved.
2. It covers a lot of websites...some places I've never heard of, let alone would think to look. A few times I've looked placed Citi hasn't.
3. Citi will often match me to the lowest price in all variations of an item. I bought some tires, for example, in one size. Citi had a listing for the tire model, but it wasn't size-specific. I entered my info, and Citi found a lower price for the same model of tire on a website that didn't actually carry my size.
