A Scotty Cameron Pro Platinum Putter that I still use today (12+ years old).

My 2nd favorite is my statement credit that I use on the golf club I belong to. Because it's a resort, it's listed as a hotel. So I get to apply my Arrival+ statement credit to it. It pays for 1-2 of my monthly fees a year.

I have redeemed from my Chase Freedom for around $20 - $25 each month in cash to my checking account. Also, the bonus of $125 when I first opened the card for spending $500 and adding an authorized user.

I've also used one free Marriott night from my Marriott card, and am currently getting ready to book two free Hyatt nights from my Hyatt card after using it for $1000 in the first three months.

With my Upromise Mastercard, I received $100 as a sign up bonus also after my first purchase on the card.

If you're earning that many UR points with Freedom, you really should look at CSP. $20*12 months = $240 per year. Add in a $95 AF, and you'd only need to get 1.4 cpp to totally offset the AF. You won't get that value through Marriott, but with Hyatt or airlines it should be easy.

Niiiiiiiice!!

I think my fave would be a cat tree (lol) plus a bunch of other stuff from the $100 Amazon gift code I got for fulfilling my Discover IT introductory offer. Then again, I'm always using ThankYou/UR points on Amazon, so I'm pretty happy with everything. Just small stuff for now, haven't gotten around to booking any trips yet.

Well, I list it as one of my primary cards, so obviously I think it's useful. No card is accepted by every merchant.

There have been over a hundred threads on this site about Discover in the last year. Read some of them.
