I really like great customer service, and I've reviewed the lender complaint statistics. I wouldn't want a card with Citi or CO, especially with a future Arrival+ as a 2%+ card.
after the first free year to offset the annual fee I believe you have to spend upwards of $40k to maintain the 2% the entire time. But the sign up bonus and free first year make it a lucrative card initially.
