    Default H&M

For anybody who has this store in their malls, what do you think? Do you ever buy anything from them? Did you see the Superbowl commercial the David Beckham one with the music of Eric Burden and the animals in the background?

For anybody who does have the store in their malls is the store located in the expensive side of the mall? or with other stores of it's price and quality?

I have at least 4 stores. They are all in expensive areas. At the Palisades mall H&M is located on the first floor, where Orvis is, Armani Exchange, Swarorski, Banana Republic and Ann Taylor.

At Paramus park the store is on the Macy's wing across from Coach and Brighton.

At Garden State plaza it's located on the Neiman Marcus wing 2 doors down from Locciante, next to Tumi directly across from true religion.

At Riverside square it's located on the second floor across from Banana Republic and near Mortons steakhouse.

I haven't bought anything there yet. their store isn't as expensive as the stores where there located are .

We have H&M located here in Orlando, FL. It's in the Florida Mall which I think carries fairly-normal stores with the exception of its department stores like Saks, Dillards and Nordstorm. I have noticed that though.. They are mostly in the areas of higher end stores..

Another thing I did notice is how similar the clothes are with GAP. I went into GAP out of curiosity the other day and noticed how much their prices raised. H&M and GAP (for men) are almost the same thing now. Just different brands and it seems like H&M is in higher end places where as GAP is in almost every mall.

The Gap is in every mall but is your H&M in an expensive part of the mall? Like is it near Aveda, True Religion or Coach?

Or is it near the Gap, Lids, and Timberland on the lesser expensive side of the mall?

H&M is great, at the same time not so great imo.

The reason prices are generally so low, is fabric quality. They offer slightly unique styles/fit for the younger crowd most of the time, but I'm the kind of guy who will spend a lot of money on fewer items of higher quality clothes, as opposed to lots of clothes w/ lower quality (quality vs quantity).

Still a pretty cool place to look around- or if you need a little more slimmer work clothes (khakis, etc).

I also feel I liked the company before it became as big as it is now; I liked being more unique in that way. Same with Express men. The quality has shifted over the last 5 years or so from my experience- GAP included.
Currently: American Express Green, American Express Zync, Chase Freedom Visa, Capital One Newcomers

I'll always have some love for H&M. Their clothes look really nice and, for someone on a budget, it's a really solid place to shop. The downside, as many of you mentioned, is that the fabric is pretty low quality.

I usually buy the foundational items (tailored shirts, slacks, etc.) at higher end stores and then accessorize at H&M (belts, vests, sweaters, stuff like that).

Zara is also really solid if you're looking for lower cost, good quality clothes.

I never heard of the store Zara. H&M is quite interesting where it's located in my malls, you would never have thought this store would be across from Coach. More like Hollister or Armani Exchange.
