Default Free virtual prepaid debit card?

Which companies offer free virtual prepaid debit cards? Paypal used to do it but the thing was only 2 virtual prepaid debit card numbers could be generated per account and after that it was never at all possible to another. I would be using the account for online subscription services and am not comfortable using my regualar debit card because I know how the subscriptions can be hard to cancel on some sites.

I know some credit cards offer free virtual account numbers but I've never used them, so I don't know how many you are allowed to create.

Prepaid debit cards typically won't have as many features as a credit card, so I don't know if you will find one with this feature. Then again, I don't know a lot about the prepaid debit cards on the market and I could be wrong about that. If you can't find a free virtual prepaid debit card an alternative may be to get a second account with a low balance - that way if something happens and a subscription is billed anyway your potential losses would be limited.
