Default 2013 Commerical Tire credit card payment options?

Hello. I had used the credit card from Commercial Tire to finance 4 new wheels and the deal was no interest if paid in full in 6 months.

I didn't pay it in full in the 6 months and am now left paying the back interest and continuing to get new interest charges at a high rate.

Can any of you here tell me if there are other options out there for this card. Do I need to continue making payments to Commercial Tire at the ~23% APR or like Can I switch it over to a different card or personal loan and lock in a cheaper rate under this situation?
