    Default Citi Diamond Preferred Concierge

On June 7th, I asked the Citi Diamond Preferred Concierge (AKA VIPdesk, Aspire Lifestyles) to find some dealers near Detroit that sells 2010-2011 Audi S5, got a message back saying it will require some research and will have an answer for me on June 9th. Now it's June 11th, still haven't heard back. That's the last time I use their services...

    There are two.

You really needed concierge to do that for you?

Citi DP concierge is a bit lacking... I have that card and haven't exactly been blown away by the service. They're slow and I often get frustrated and find the answer faster than they do. I don't recommend them. If you have AMEX, use it instead.

No, but I just wanted to test them out... Most things I can do faster and better by myself than delegating to a concierge.

LOL. Don't be too hard on them. They are still doing research for you. Test driving the car's and working a deal.
