    I really like the aesthetics of the AMEX personal charge cards (Platinum, Gold, Red (UK), Zync, Green, in that order). They're simple, classic, and elegant. The Plum card is pretty unique and looks great, too.

    I'm also a fan of the Diners Club Carte Blanche card's appearance, though the Mastercard logo they added a few years ago detracts a bit.

    I've found virtually all other cards to look generally tacky and interchangeable.

    I'm not a fan of the MasterCard Diners Club design either.

    I've found virtually all other cards to look generally tacky and interchangeable.
    The worst credit card designs are those with pictures on it. I believe photos usually make a credit card look cheap.
