First, did you sign a paper that says you are responsible for any damages to company vehicles? If not, tell him to shove it because you aren't. They can't legally take it from your paycheck, and they can try to sue but they won't win.
Also, tell them if they take you to court you'll file counter suit for emotional distress for being yelled at and cursed at (I assume?) on a daily basis and for wrongful termination.
You don't have to inform the creditors of anything, and you don't need to cancel them. Just don't miss any payments or charge them up now.
