    Jumbo a while back when citi was the next big thing, i had to send them phone bill, taxes along with other requested documents by mail, only to be denied. I believe they want real copies.

    Actually the email says not to send original copies, since they can not send them back after the verification ... Just mailed a copy of my bills.. Waiting for the decision.. Hope for the best.

    They did not need "bill verification." I actually called them the next day to expedite the process. I had to give extensive information about jobs and addresses. It was mostly an "income" verification since we are both just out of college.

    I thought you had a pretty good chance of getting approved. I am glad to hear it.

    Just remember to never carry a balance, it just isn't ever worth it.
