Whats the average score needed for a citi thank you perferred?

I'm going to say since you have the Zync card your approved. You know this card has a 125.00 annual fee. waved the first year.
do you want 2 cards with annual fees?

I doubt that'd be the case right off the bat. And I don't mind the annual fee since its waived, but it looks like it says there is no annual fee on the citi thank you preferred.
