Exclamation *Notice* Spammers

1. YOUR LINKS GIVE YOU NO SEARCH ENGINE BENEFITS. All external links posted by members automatically include "no-follow" tags.

2. ANY LINKS POSTED IN PROFILES WILL NOT BE SEEN BY SEARCH ENGINES. We do not allow search engines such as Google to crawl or index member profiles.

3. YOUR ACCOUNTS WILL PROMPTLY BE BANNED AND ALL POSTS DELETED.

4. Members of this board are far too sophisticated for your nonsensical postings of gibberish spam to be of any interest to them.

------

CCF MEMBERS: We apologize for any spam which you may rarely see before being deleted. If we have missed deleting any spam postings please reply to this message with the URL of the post in question and we will check it out immediately.

Russian and Asian I.P. addresses are posting the spam over the past 3 days. They are all nonsensical messages containing several URL links within them. Their profiles are also nonsensical. If you happen to see a message please do not click on the links. Even though none of us would fall for their bad attempts at peddling porn and Viagra, the last thing we want to do is give them traffic by clicking on their links simply out of curiosity.

If the attack continues we will simply require all new users to be manually approved.

Thank you for your help in stamping out the spammers.

You would think spammers would catch on that this site won't benefit them. Apparently not though, which just goes to show the intelligence of the people you're dealing with!

I haven't seen any spam but i will keep an eye out. no offense to anyone but it's not like credit card forum is huge like Yahoo message boards or something. if they were going to spam you would think they would do it somewhere where they would at least get a little more of an audience going.

Haven't seen any spam here. If I do I will ignore it. This Notice Spammers Thread will not be read by a spammer since these so called spammers are software tools and they don't read
