American Express Rates Highest In Customer Satisfaction - Credit Card Forum

J.D. Power took a poll of 7000+ credit card users and American Express ranked highest for the second year in a row. Discover was second and these were the only two that ranked "above average" for the industry.

Chase was #4, Citi was #7, and Bank of America was #9. The press release was only a summary maybe someone can dig up the full results and post them too? Would be interesting to see where everyone else stood in the rankings.

It looks like they're only ranking the bigger credit card issuers and not the smaller outfits.

Man thats kind of strange Cap 1 is up there above Bank of America. I thought Capital One used to be known for being like the credit card with not the best service out there. Have they cleaned up now....yeah?

ps - its official I'm a total loser I'm on a forum at 3 am LOL

Is it any surprise Amex ranked #1? they are one of the few companies out there that i'm actually impressed by their customer service. You can't say that about 99% of big businesses out there.
