As a seasoned Mileage Plus member, I'll just throw this out there: United partners with both Lufthansa and Air Canada. If these are frequent go-tos, and you could snag a saver ticket (60K miles R/T), you could get one of your tickets free with just the 1 point/dollar by converting to miles through United. Since you'd earn more than that, you could use the remainder of the points for other freebies or hang on to them and get a second free ticket every 5 years or so. It would be like paying $600 for the R/T ticket. If that's good for you, add it to your list of considerations.
CSP $19K
UMP $11.5K
Target Visa $1.5K
