No it's not hard at all to get, unlike the Centurion, all it takes is reasonable credit and being dumb enough to want to give them 495 a year for really the same perks and benefits as most platinum/signature level cards with no annual fee, just to have a "black" card. Hell I already have a "black" card my Associated card is their "black" version, doesn't have any annual fee either.

Yeah, the Palladium has its charm but I'd take the Centurion now and forever. It just appeals to me a lot more.
