Who here is gardening?

Postby MemberSince99 » Fri Jan 24, 2014 12:34 pm

I'm in the garden for the rest of my life. I wanted to buy a house this year, but I realized how much more important it is for me to get that Titanium spade with the shiny diamond on it, that's WAY more important than building equity in your own home.

So I'm in the garden for life, how about you?

My garden, my precious garden, I worship thee and live to ever serve thee. Thou art my master. I love thee so.

At the rate of you promoting, You might end up having this be the new "in" thing of 2014. I wouldn't be surprised if I see this on CNN or something. I wish I could say that I was gardening but just paying down my debts right now. There are a few cards I'm eyeing but nothing that has caught my attention. Plus it's too much snow and too damn cold to garden.
Wells Fargo Platinum 2.100 (5/2011-cld 7/12/14)
AmEx Platinum (6/12)
Barclays Apple (6/12)
AMEX Gold Delta (5/13)
Marriott Rewards (7/14)

My credit score
EQ: unknown
EX: 762
TU: 752

Gardening has become the new yardstick by which I measure my self-worth. Since I only have a seedling, that's bad, but when I earn that Titanium spade encrusted with the sparkly diamond, then I will know I have arrived much more so than if I got the Amex Black card and had a home of my own!

Gardening is my way of life and the meaning of my existing. I think it's the meaning of life. Without a garden there would just be no point to anything, whether it has to do with credit cards or not. This really isn't even about credit, it's a zen, a deeper meaning an existential thing that just can't be merely described but has to be embraced and lived and experienced to truly understand it.

Ok I need a shovel it's getting pretty deep in here I can hardly keep my head above it!

I <3 gardening! I used to hate it cuz I hate to get all dirty and stuff, but my granny taught me how to garden a few years back and now I grow my own herbs. I haven't yet started to garden outside, but soon I hope. :)

Last app was in December. With 16 inquiries over 12 months sitting I am joining the 2014 garden. I have utilization to lower in the meantime. Garden till June at the very least, but want to give AMEX a shot this year as well (been trying since 2012).

*grabs plow*

I am also paying off a 2 year auto loan and it looks like I'll be done in a year.

Not me! Im back to this forum and back out of the "garden"! Btw, I hate the word garden, this isnt MYFICO! I currently called chase about 15 minutes ago and there system is updating so the rep said she would call me back. When she finally does Im going to give her a good story for my credit increase and if all goes well I'll go up from 5k....
