I just spent 20 minutes trying to find out why I was locked out of my account only to be told that I'd have to get my new card first (they issued me a new one with a new number because of the Target data breach) before I could log into my account again. The whole time I was struck by how young and clueless these people sounded. Makes want to call the number on the back of my CSP...
