You need to file a dispute with each. Some recommend doing this by mail as mail favors the consumer a bit but it's your call as to whether convenience trumps that.
You don't have to pay to file a dispute. However, you may need to be denied for credit with Experian. With the other 2 it is definitely possible to file a dispute without.
