Honestly, I would keep it open forever. It has no AF and since you opened it when you were (are) 19, it's gonna look great for your credit age years down the road. Some people can't even get store credit cards and have to pay for secured cards that have annual fees. Consider yourself lucky that you got your foot in the door the right way.
I opened up 2 student credit cards when I was 19 and had no idea what I was doing. I only opened it up to buy stuff I didn't need. Good news is that many years later, I still have those cards (in the sock drawer) and it has helped my credit age tremendously.
