Kind of a Ridiculous Problem - All My Cards are Blue

Postby anonak » Sun Sep 08, 2013 2:15 pm

I have a bit of a silly problem and was hoping for some suggestions. I have 3 credit cards and one debit card and all of them are blue, which makes reaching in my wallet and pulling out the right one kind of challenging.

I just went to Discover's website and was able to choose a red replacement card, but that leaves me with three. My Chase Freedom is kind of unique shade of blue, but that still leaves my two most used cards, a Chase Amazon and my debit card, which are essentially the same shade and I keep using the wrong one.

Does Chase offer any alternate card designs if you call them up? Would putting stickers on one make it unusable?

Chase offers different debit cards, I know that. I don't think they do different credit card designs.

At one point, I had five identical cards (personal and several business) in my wallet. I solved the 'can't tell them apart' problem by using a marker to label them. Worked great. Might offend some people, though.

My Chase Freedom is easy to ID by the thin green edge. Does yours have the green edge?

The Chase Amazon seems to come in green, black, and blue:

You might call them and ask for a different color. :o)

LOL! First World Problems. Anyways,

As others have said, The amazon card is offered in three colors (Green, black, and blue). Additionally, you could get a wallet that made your cards easier to see and differentiate. Also, What bank do you use for the debit card? Most banks offer a custom image card.

Hope this Helps!

I have no problems telling my 3 blue cards apart. If in doubt, I look at the text on the cards. :ppp

I'm sure you will all be thrilled to know that I was able to order the green Amazon Chase card. I received the red Discover Card, which is a good thing, because just before I got it I mixed it up with the Chase Freedom card. Yeah, I don't know either. Thanks for the advice and information.
