What is "AA" and "Softing"?

What is "AA" and "Softing"?

What do these terms mean? I tried googling "AA" and it came back with American Airlines.

(2/13) Capital One Quicksilver- $3,500
(3/13) Capital One Quicksilver One- $750 ($19 AF)

(8/13) Citi Dividend- $1,200

Adverse Action and Soft Pull. As opposed to Hard Pull. HP's show up on your report. SP's dont.

I'm guessing not paying your bill/inactivity(which results in having your account closed) is what's considered AA?

SP's do show up on your report. They just aren't provided to anyone pulling the report except yourself.

In reference to your example, those are causes of AA. The AA in your example would be the closing of the account.
