Citibank sends welcome material but not the CARD?

Postby JSS3 » Wed Aug 21, 2013 7:15 pm

Just received my welcome material with my account info, credit score, etc yet they say it'll take another 7 days to actually receive the card? First time I've seen that happen. What's the point of that?

I actually received 27 card offers from Citi in the mail today. So I'm not surprised they mailed you all the documentation but not your card.

Got the exact same thing today. Last card (last week!) came the same day as the welcome packet, but in a separate envelope.

It's just ironic because the card is the most important thing. It's like having a bologna sandwich without the meat. I can't charge anything to this letter that's telling me my account ends in "0000*". LOL
