2013 Liberty Bank credit card (CT) versus a major bank?

Any folks on here from the Connecticut area, you should check out the Visa cards from Liberty Bank.
Visa® Bonus Rewards Card: Automatically earn 25% more points on your purchases each month.
Visa® Bonus Rewards PLUS Card: Automatically earn 50% more points on your purchases each month.
The first has no annual fee and the other is 50 dollars. I think that's well worth it to be earning 1.5% straight across the board. I have not seen any major banks with a product that can compete with that. All seem to focus on categories but only give 1% cash back normally.

I know the Quicksilver from Capital One is a recent card with 1.5% across the board. There are two versions... one with an AF (the QuicksilverOne $39/year), one without. It currently has a $100 bonus for $500 spend in three months. I like how they've transitioned from a 1% card with a 50% annual bonus to a straight 1.5% card... much simpler.
