A long time ago before I used credit cards and used my Chase debit card exclusively, I didn't realize my dad didn't make his weekly deposit, so I had a $0 balance. I bought a $.05 mint from my college food court and was slammed with a $31 overdraft fee haha.

I was buying chocolate with a coupon and put the remaining 69 cents on my card. I could have gone for a new personal record of 5 cents at Starbucks after my gift card ran out, but I felt a little ridiculous putting that on there when I had change available.
