I thought it was supposed to be metal

Postby aupperk24 » Mon Jul 08, 2013 7:24 pm

I just got the Sapphire in the mail, I thought it was supposed to be metal?

the card I got looks like a thicker plastic with a silver lining on the side.
It's nothing serious, I just wanted a metal card just to have it stand out :P

It is metal. It has a plastic coating. That's not a silver lining -- that's the metal.

Sapphire Preferred is metal. Sapphire is plastic.

I wanted the metal to be titanium with a real coating of sapphire on it, that would be so classy.

What's with you and the jewel-encrusted, exotic metal card lust?

Are you Ru Paul?

Am I wrong or vain to think of of a high end credit card like a financial tool......and as such should display all of the esoteric qualities of a fine and distinctive instrument of precision and function? My coworkers laugh at me when I marvel at my business card for its sheer beauty
