Sounds like it's only a valid dispute with AMEX.

OP, ate you talking about Q bid? I was considering trying that out one day but thought, that's too good to be true.

Just spoke with AMEX, well technically it is FIA Card Services (I have a Fidelity American Express) and they were pretty much worthless.

They stated that since I agreed to the terms that there wasn't really anything they could do. I guess the Fidelity AMEX and AMEX are quite different. Pretty upset by this, I am mad at myself for being an idiot and I am mad that a scumbag company like this could get my money. I guess I should go on the site and try to actually win something with the $70 in bids I purchased but man I just don't want to even go to that website again because it just makes me mad.
