PNC is good for banking. Their cc offerings are lackluster. I use PNC for personal and business checking. Wouldn't use one of their credit cards if I was paid to do so.

I've been banking with PNC for more than 20 years. I've financed my car, mortgages and CC so I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They're my local bank so its been a very good relationship.

My card is just a basic points card that I use to supplement my debit card. I also get a 50% bonus on the points that I earn since I have a Performance checking account. Other than that its nothing to scream about. They've been good to me banking & loan wise so I've decided to stick with them.

I'm with you, I value the relationship very much. Anyone can have a bad experience, as long as it works for you that's all that matters.

They will do a HP for the CC. To get the bonus points you have to have a banking relationship with them.
