Sorry to highjack the tread for a second but didn't feel the need to open a new thread for something so small related to Citi.. Can anyone access there credit card information online right now? Specifically the tab to request a credit increase ;)

Ok, so I got this resolved. The first two people I spoke with were uninformed and just downright ignorant. This time, a really nice guy picked up. He transfered me to their fraud division, where a really nice lady helped get me another Forward. It has a different number, but the 5% is all the I care about.

Thank you everyone for your support.

I have had no problems with Barclaycard. Just be sure to wait 6 months to app for anything new and you'll be fine.

OP, congrats on getting your forward reinstated!

Do you know if the Sallie Mae card is hard to get approved for? I plan on applying for it when the gas quarter is over and never really had any experience with Barclay. 5% cashback on gas/grocery every month is great. That's an easy $300/year.
