How do they expect me to pay online when their website isn't accessible? It's a Monday at 6 pm, what I would consider to be a pretty normal time that people would get on to do this. It's not like it's the middle of the night or anything. What am I supposed to do? Think they will waive the late fee if I am not able to take care of my bill before tomorrow?
