Yes, amex pulls all 3, but they are a soft pull once you're already a member, when going for new cards or CLIs. The initial hard pull does go to all 3 though.
Sole Ownership Cards:
1st Financial Bank Platinum Student Visa, $500 CL, Open Since 3/2012
Citi Forward Student Visa, $6k CL, Open Since 10/2012
Costco TrueEarnings Amex, $6k CL, Backdates to 1/2012
SallieMae Rewards Barclay Mastercard, $2.5k CL, Open Since 4/2013
Jointly Owned Cards (co-owner with mom, not AU, used and paid only by me):
Chase Amazon Rewards Visa Signature, $2k CL, Open Since 8/2012
US Bank Cash+ Visa Signature, $13.5k CL, Open Since 10/2012
Authorized User (Parents Pay/Use)
Costco TrueEarnings Amex $29.4k CL, AU since 11/2012

Sorry, but you can't have any of the inquiries removed. There is a similar question on here and while they pull all three bureaus, it only counts as 1 inquiry. They do this because sometimes credit is reported to one bureau but not the others and they want to be sure not to miss anything.

A few inquiries really aren't that big of a deal, you have to take an inquiry to get credit and as long as you have the credit to match your inquiries, most creditors won't give it much thought. Inquiries mean less after 6 months and drop off after 2 years. If you got in with Amex, you got in with a good family, take good care of them and they'll take care of you.

No creditor will remove inquiries from your credit reports after you apply for credit.

They only pull 3 if you are marginal for approval. Normally they pull one, EX, but are known to pull 3 if you are borderline.

It is NOT a normal practice for them to pull 3 as the vast majority of people only get an EX pull.

And the soft is if you are declined when you are already a member, an approval is ALWAYS a hard pull, though CLIs work on their last soft pull of you typically as you mentioned.

Thanks for the clarification Member. They pulled all 3 for me, but I guess that was because I was marginal. My 61 day CLI from $2k to $6k was a soft pull though
