SOS. Fidelity account been closed

I had boa card since 2011.i opened Fidelity last month,today i ask move some of credit form my BOA to Fidelity still cost me a hp ,after the hard pull the rep said my card was a student card they are unable to trans the limit to Fidelity card ,WTF ,It cost me a HP/I was mad .I want speak to the manager.but said will have to call me on Monday ,fine .after i hang up .I applied CHase ink ,decline ,AMEX SPG Pending ,USAA approved 7K .late the night ,I check my Fidelity account has been closed !! No way ,call the number back of my card ask to call back on Monday speak a Credit AXXXX ,however it just hold ,not shutdown ,I wonder what could happen ? I don't find any case said Fidelity don't like people opened new account ,they are not sensitive as Barclaycard .so what could i happen ?

I'm guessing they saw something on the HP they didn't like that spooked them and so they closed you down. It sucks, but they do have the right to do that, just as you have the right to cancel them anytime you like.

And once they close, you can talk with the analyst but they won't re-open you'd have to reapply. Since they just shut you down, that would likely be an epic fail so you might as well just move on.

Wish I had better news but that's going to be what it comes down to. USAA 7k is promising and should hopefully make up for it and could well be far better than Fidelity for you in the end. And with Amex, pending is not always a decline they may approve you also, be sure to go check their application status page for an update.

The cus said it was not shutdown . It just a hold . I don't find any case said Fiedlity is sensitive about new account .so.i hope when I call Monday .everything is right

Update:
As my other post ,Last week i ask move some of my credit limite for BOA to Fiedlity ,It not only didn't approved .It's get my account be hold not able to use anyone .I just call and speak to a credit Anlysiet this monring ,They told me i have too many credit inquired on my account ,they have to shut down my both Fiedlity and my oldest credit card ------------------BOA credit card ,what can i do ....sounds no thing i can do .I'm very upset about that......It's going to hurt my credit report?
