VantageScore 3.0 - Will Lenders Care?

Postby cc789 » Sun Mar 24, 2013 8:18 am

The new VantageScore was just released, and has been adjusted to the same 300-850 scale as FICO. Seems like this thing is stuck being a FAKO no lender cares about, but does anyone disagree, and think it could be more widely accepted?

If anyone, mostly auto lenders. Few credit card issuers are likely to care about that score.

I was under the impression that there are currently a number(3) of CC issuers that use the current vantage score(obviously not exclusively), do we think that they will stop using the newer version for some reason?
