Woo-hoo! It literally took like 10 seconds to do it. I confirmed with the rep that it was indeed the Cash+. Should come in the mail in about 10 days, she said.

Nice work. I still have to determine which 5%'s I take next quarter since I forgot that Chase Freedom has 5% on all restaurants in Q2. So that means I can use the Cash + card for other thing like Cell Phone, department stores or electronic stores.
Cards:
American Express Platinum (NPSL)
Penfed Platinum Reward Visa ($28K)
Chase Freedom Visa ($25K)
Fidelity American Express ($20K)
American Express Blue Cash Preferred ($20K)
Bank of America Cash Rewards MasterCard ($20K)
Citi Thank You Preferred Visa ($9.5K)
Chase Sapphire Preferred ($7.5K)
US Bank Cash + Visa Signature ($7K)
Discover IT ($4K)

No, they just did a product change. Originally they told me to wait 6 months and request the upgrade in April, but I didn't feel like waiting :-D I kinda expected them to turn me down because I've barely used the Cash Rewards card, but surprisingly they didn't seem to mind.

I'd go for Cell Phone and Electronic Stores (you might be able to get some $500 prepaid Visa/MC cards at Best Buy).

Yes, I'm thinking electronics stores too. My wife is going to allow me to buy a $500 TV set for the kids playroom/kitchen area. So that may be a nice way to do it.
