I know DCU lets you do it, and I'm pretty sure there's no fee. Never actually tried it though.

Didn't know Chase let you do it. I have Chase so I will stick with them. Thanks for the help!

Actually, I'm pretty sure you can do that with any bank now long as you have the PayPal app. They allow you to deposit checks to your account using the cell phone picture option, but you do have to give them your banking information first so they know where to stick the money. The only details I'm not sure of though, are 1) if they deposit the money instantly or if it takes a few days, and 2) if it takes funds away from your monthly withdrawal quota (how much you're able to withdraw from your PayPal balance to your bank account). If either or both of these are the case, then just keep an eye on your limits, and make sure to leave a full 31 days in between deposits. This is because when you do a withdrawal and PayPal says your limit of $500/month will reset next month, they don't mean the 1st of the following month. They literally mean an entire month from the date of the transfer.

As has been pointed out, Citi does, and I personally think it's one of the best services EVER!!!
