So what exactly are you planning to do?
a) Login to your online banking account and push a payment to your credit cards
b) Login to your credit card accounts and make a payment (using ACH from your bank)
In general, banks may have better security and ask for additional authentication if logging in from a "suspicious" country. This can cause issues if for example you have enhanced security that sends a PIN to your US mobile phone and you haven't included the +1, or the phone isn't with you etc.
But once you are logged in to either system, nothing knows or cares, an ACH payment gets made.
Some banks ask you to inform them of travel, but this is really for using credit cards abroad, so they don't decline activities outside your normal patterns. Payment shouldn't matter.
