USAA requirements to join membership?

I currently have four credit cards with them. The average credit limit on each of them is around 13k and at 10.9%.

Its for the soldiers man. Yes they are losing business by not allowing civilians to join up, but its one of the few exclusivities that armed servicemen get to enjoy. What next, everyone want to use the USO lounge in airports?
