My brother gets soft pulls from Discover like at least 10-15 times a month and he isn't even a discover member
March 2011- Wellsfargo Cash Back College Card
May 2012- Chase Freedom
May 2012- Discover IT
August 2012- American Express Blue Cash Everyday

How can I see who is pulling soft inquiries on me?

Active Cards:
Chase Freedom 10+10 Visa Signature ($9k Limit - 8/2012)
Chase Sapphire Preferred ($10k Limit - 2/2013)
Chase Ink Plus ($7k Limit - 2/2013)
Discover IT ($9.5k Limit - 10/2012)
AMEX Zync (No Pre-set Limit - 1/2010)
AMEX Blue Cash Everyday ($20k Limit - 1/2013 - Backdate to 1/2010)

You have to get a copy of your credit report from the credit bureau. What I showed came from my report which I got directly from Experian's website.

I stagger the three bureaus throughout the year to get a good picture of what's going on. Each bureau also has "trial memberships" that let you get a report and a score for free - or for $1 if you're Experian. Sign up, get your report and score, and cancel.
