Automatic CLI do exist!

I'd really appreciate if someone knowledgable, shed the light to the questions above.

For the past year and a half, I've been initiating CLIs online, often asking for small increases like $500-$1000. The first time I was denied and ever since then I have been waiting every six months to request another, hoping that they'd eventually give me one. Today, which is when I would have requested a CLI, I discovered that they gave me a $1400 CLI. I simply logged into myCiti online (credit cards are linked with citi checking/savings) and noticed that I had a larger available credit balance than usual.

This is proof that these auto CLI do exist! I guess banks are finally loosening their belts a little
