If we apply for a credit card, does the credit card company pull your credit from just one of the credit bureau or do they do hard pull on all 3 of them?

It depends. Cap One always pulls all 3 bureaus. Most other issuers pull only one though if you are considered marginal they may pull another or even all 3.

Every issuer has bureaus it prefers to pull. For example US Bank tends to pull TU, while Discover pulls EQ for new applications and TU for CLIs, and Citi and Amex prefer to pull EX.
