It would have to be a tie between American Express for the Gold Card and Capital One for the Venture. I get far more applications for those two cards than any others. I may upgrade my Amex Green someday, I will never begin a relationship with Crapital One. I applied a while back for one of their lesser rewards cards and got denied; the 3 hard pulls left a bad taste in my mouth.

Lately it's definitely been CitiBank. I got 3 offers from them within a week's timespan -- one of which was for a card I already have! And even that original card I got in response to a mail solicitation. They obviously just can't get enough of me.

Hey moneycard,

I do have interest in the card...but it's just I want to build my history a little bit longer before I decide to apply. Right now my scores (from what I can guess...due to my high utilization in the first month...would probably be in the 680's. I don't want to risk a hard pull with a limited history right now.) But hopefully in a few months if my history is better, I will apply. I'm definitely interested in the card and it's rewards. Sorry for the late reply as well.

Citi is pretty much the only one soliciting me right now. They stopped a year and a half ago after I opened a card with them but they picked back up within 6 months. I average two a week from them now for a couple different cards, but never for the Forward card which is the only card of theirs I plan on getting soon. I haven't seen a single offer from another company in months, except an offer from Chase for the Freedom card which I already have. Chase appears to have idiots working for them.
