Barclays gave me a CL <$5k so I have a Platinum, not a Signature. I called them and said they don't do product changes, so if I want the Signature card I should wait 6 months so they can see some credit history and then re-apply online. They said I'd then probably be declined since I already had a Priceline card, and to call recon to have my old card cancelled so I can have the Signature and a better credit line.

The bad news is I'd probably get two HPs, one for applying and another for the recon, the good news is I'd have a new account, and therefore (hopefully) another sign-up bonus.

Crashem: I think you're right about this being the only non-Amex, no-AF 2% card presently offered.

Interested in knowing this as well. I got the card and spent over $750 in the first month, got my 30K miles, then stopped using it. It's been over a month now and I still have the same CL as before. I want another card.
