Actually, I have a question about the income to put on my application. It asks for annual income. Since I'm a full time student and only work in the summer, my actual income is only 12k for the three months in summer. Should I put the amount I would have made if I continued working there for the whole year (so 48k) or should I just put 12k?

Also, after much consideration, I decided to just shoot for a PRG first since it has no annual fee for the first year and also gives me points on groceries and I will be traveling quite a bit in the next few months so it might be worth it (grad school visits).

Sorry to spam it up, but upon further thought I decided to shoot for the BCE and got approved for it! I'm very excited! I think I should be set for my credit cards for now and will now work on my limits.

I now have the Chase Freedom ($1700), AmEx BCE (don't know yet), Discover More ($1000), Citi Forward ($2000), and CapitalOne Journey ($2000). I probably won't use the Capital One anymore, but I think this should be a good set of cards for a while. Thank you for all the advice everyone!

Wow, that long?! That sounds like a terrible wait. However, I did call and ask what was my limit was. Apparently they gave me $4000, which is twice as much as any other card I have! I was so surprised.

Yeah, it said 7-10 business days but it never arrived. They sent me a replacement one which came in two days.

And that's an amazing CL! Congrats!
