I recently joined a Credit Union Bank and they offer a secured credit card. No annual fees, interest rate is 13%, they report every 30 days, they also do not check your score to get one. All you need is the money in a savings acct which they lock up as long as you have the card.
I was looking to get one but is a secured card from a credit union looked at by the big 3 credit bureaus the same as one from Citi or Wells Fargo?
I know it is a Noob question, Im just trying to make the right moves...
