Postby bmw1990Z » Sat Apr 28, 2012 5:57 am

Posting just as a thread for people looking to obtain a second card, what should your utilization be before applying for a second card?

If you are going for 2nd, you might as well get 3rd at same time. 3 is ideal for building credit and aping as same time helps out later.

Unless you're a millionaire travelling everyday, it would be excessive.

Main Card: Amex Platinum

For travel & dining: Chase Sapphire Preferred

it wouldn't be excessive. since the company would reimburse his/her charges. I agree if you're thinking about a gold delta it would be better for business use.

Bmw are you interested in the Gold rewards premier card or the basic gold?

do you go to a lot of theatrical shows or concerts? gold card events do you stay a lot at Sheraton or best western?
