My credit score is evil..

Postby andy1088 » Sat Apr 07, 2012 8:23 am

According to Chase it's 666... I guess the hard inquiry lowered it because freecreditscore said two weeks ago it was 683.. (experian) :money:

You sure you aren't comparing FAKO to FICO? If you got your score from a lender based on an application, then that is likely to be more accurate. If you are quoting your 683 from FAKO, then it is likely that your score didn't go down that much (but did a little), but that the FAKO is inaccurate.

Is freecreditscore.com a fako? You pay like $9.99 (I quit before the fee, but still) I figured it was accurate. Credit Karma has me at 740 so I know that's totally off lol. I don't care though 666 is still good and I got approved for Freedom which was my goal. I just wish they gave me 0% intro apr :( ..

Edit: I called Chase regarding the 6 months 0% apr and she told me to call Mon-Fri 8am-8pm est to talk to their credit department about it without another hard inquiry. I am hoping they can help me. Discover originally gave me no 0% but when I called after like 10 minutes they fixed and gave me a year, so I'm hoping Chase can help me out. I've been banking with them since '09 and I will be sure to bring that up. They have my financial records and probably see that I'm financially responsible and besides my rent for my apartment never spending more than a couple hundred a month.. We'll see I guess

Freecreditscore is a fako. You should only use fakos as guides to how your credit is doing.
