Capital One's customer service stinks

I just closed a secured card I had with them. My balance was $21 (membership fee normally $29.99) that I was assured I wouldn't have to pay. Stupid me forgot to cancel the payment and it went through after the card was closed. Now they're trying to say I only get back $29 when I should be getting $71. I paid $50 originally to set up the account and the $21 they owe me for the membership fee I shouldn't have to pay because I never started the second year on the card! I'm on the phone with their CS and it really sucks.. Sigh I hate cap1 :mad:
