If you want to change your card you need to call customer service and ask them for a product change. As you have a balance transfer card and you are wanting to go to a rewards card, they may have you close that account and open a different one.
Citibank or any other bank for that matter is not going to solicit you to change from one credit card to another. The only thing they would do is invite you to apply for additional accounts, which is probably what they will have you do if you want another card.
Have you actually inquired with Citibank or was it your assumption that you pissed Citibank off?
