If your company is paying you back for purchases you make with this card, I would call Chase up and ask them this question.
If you are using this card for half purchases at work and half for personal use. say your 6,000 limit on personal items, I would spend no more than 3,000 a month. when your bill comes in pay that amount, go to the department that reimburses you, tell them what they owe you and pay Chase that way.
each month should be different depends on when your family celebrates birthdays, when you take vacations places you want to go. most people take them in the summertime but some in the fall and winter. if you go away you will want to use your card.
so how much should you spend every month depends on how you make purchases. But since your limit is 6,000 not including purchases for work, personal charges of 1,500 to 3,000 is all you should charge on this card per month.
