If the socalled "distressed" credit (credit cards) will be included watch out for more scumbag collection agencies being started.

Is it even possible for their to be more scumbag collection agencies? It seems like there's already far too many of them!

We need laws against predatory lenders and predatory debt collectors.
Disclosure: I am a moderator/paid staff of this site, which does have advertising relationships with some credit cards that are discussed and linked to. Regardless, anything I say is my honest opinion.

For you saying this was a bad choice the bailout was needed. You should see my town - skyrocketing unemployment and foreclosures. This country will enter a depression if we don't take action to fix this. I don't like it either but we did need to do it!
